For the last three years, the Experimental Food Society has showcased ways to make food look desirable in a completely ridiculous manner. Different chefs and artists try to out do one another in challenging out perception’s of food as well as design in creating visual pieces that are a mixture of science and modern art.
Here are some examples of what to expect from those passionate about their food as much as they are about art.
A loaf of bread shaped to look like a foot, toenails and all.
A model of a head made entirely from chocolate.
A jelly mould of St. Pauls Cathedral in London.
A cocktail glass made entirely form sugar.
